CONDITIONAL LEASING ON RECONSTRUCTION
The process, which aims to preserve, reconstruct the cultural properties of Directorate General of Foundations and foundations represented and operated by the Directorate General and transform them to profitable investments, is done in the way of ‘’Restorate-Operate-Transfer’’ within the scope of the law no 5717 and regulations.
Since 2003, in the way of Leasing-Conditional on Restoration or Renovation, 198 cultural properties has been decided to be evaluated as
