WAQF DAYS IN BANJA LUKA: LOYALTY TO THE PAST, A STEP TOWARD THE FUTURE
Within the scope of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Waqf Days, a series of programs were held in Banja Luka with the participation of our Deputy Director General, Mr. Suat Faruk Giray.
As part of the program:
- The Mufti of Banja Luka, Mr. İsmail Ef. Smailović, was visited at his office;
- A foundation stone-laying ceremony was held for the Ferhad Pasha Clock Tower, which will be reconstructed by our General Directorate;
- The Arnaudija Mosque, reconstructed by our General Directorate and reopened for worship in 2025, was visited together with Mufti İsmail Ef. Smailović and the Consul General of Banja Luka, Mr. Can Aygün.
