ISTANBUL GATHERING: FOLLOWING THE TRACES OF OUR WAQF CIVILIZATION

We hosted a 33-member delegation from the EMMAUS-IFS Humanitarian Aid Organization, our partner in the food assistance and iftar programs we carry out in Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to uphold the charitable provisions set forth in waqf deeds.
Within the scope of the program, organized to introduce the deep-rooted legacy of our waqf civilization and to present the activities of our Directorate General, the delegation visited Istanbul’s historical and cultural landmarks, particularly the Mihrişah Valide Sultan Imaret, the Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, and the Basilica Cistern.
